Position Overview
As the sole Retail and Brand Copywriter for Lands’ End, my job was to write, edit, and manage the retail messaging for more than 30 stores nationwide — in addition to the Lands’ End partnership with Kohl’s. Emails to hangtags to social posts and holiday signage, everything retail came through me. Before moving to retail, I worked on the Lands’ End women’s catalogs, so I have experience in that world, too.
