The Ask
Downtown Pet Supply’s website struggled with inconsistent messaging, product pages that left shoppers with more questions than answers, and navigation that made it hard to find anything. To fix this, I rewrote the entire site from the ground up—homepage, collection pages, product pages—giving every touchpoint a clear, consistent voice that finally did justice to the products. My art partner and I also restructured the site navigation to create a more intuitive user experience. We used this full-scale redesign as an opportunity to go further, modernizing the brand’s visual identity and developing an authentic brand story that transformed Downtown Pet Supply from a small online shop into a brand with a real point of view.
